About Me
I currently work as a Scientific Computing Engineer at Nygen Analytics, Lund, Sweden, where I develop agentic LLM frameworks for single-cell omics data annotation. I am also a Multimodal Biomedical Data Scientist and ML Engineer at the Koita Center for Digital Health at Ashoka (KCDH-A), where I am contributing to various AI in healthcare projects.
Research Interests
I am broadly interested in the intersection of machine learning/deep learning, healthcare, GenAI, multimodal representation learning, graphs and networks.
